Terms and Conditions

Spring Family Escape Package

  • 24-hour cancellation policy prior to 4pm on day of arrival.
  • A valid credit card is required at time of booking.
  • Once a booking is confirmed, the rates are only valid for the original stay dates and room type booked. Any modifications made will be subject to rate differences available at the time of the change.
  • Booking dates: now through June 23rd, 2026; Stay dates: April 12th, 2026,through June 23rd, 2026. Blackout dates may apply.
  • Room restrictions apply. This promotion is only applicable to select room types.
  • Subject to availability, the number of rooms allocated for this offer is limited. Not valid for group bookings.
  • 4 West Edmonton Mall mini attractions passes will be issued per room, per stay. Valid only during period of stay. 
  • Kids 12 years old and under eat free. One free kids meal for each purchase of one adult meal.
    Valid for lunch and dinner only (12 P.M. - 10 P.M.). Valid for dine-in at L2 Grill. Not valid for TGIF Lunch Buffet and Sunday Brunch Buffet. Valid only during period of stay. 
  • Guests will receive one set of inclusions per stay whether booked in one single reservation or multiple reservations over consecutive dates. To qualify for additional inclusions, there must be a minimum of 24 hours between check out and check in for separate reservations.
  • Cannot be combined with any other offer.

Ultimate Sleepover Pass

  • Discount for the Ultimate Sleepover Pass is available only to guests who book their stay directly through the Fantasyland Hotel website or by calling 1-800-RESERVE.
  • Ultimate Sleepover Pass are to be purchased at Fantasyland Hotel front desk and are valid for redemption during stay and up to 48 hours after check-out. The offer is subject to change without prior notice.
  • Maximum amount of 4 discounted Galaxyland and World Waterpark passes available per room, per night of stay. Discount only available on General Admission adult passes, not including children and seniors passes. 
  • West Edmonton Mall Attractions Passes under our 'Ultimate Sleepover Pass' does not apply to Professor WEM's Adventure Golf, Marine Life, or Dragon's Tale Mini Golf, DRIVE, Birds of Paradise, Ed's Bowling, Alien Outbreak Escape Room, multi-play passes, or multi-park passes. Maximum amount of 4 discounted passes available per room, per day of stay.
