Yes, you can use our secured storage for your belongings until your room is ready if you arrive early.
Where can I park my vehicle?
We offer free self-parking for our guests, and the parking lot is shared with the mall. The closest lots to the hotel are entrance 52, 54, and 56.
Is valet parking available? If so, how much does it cost?
Yes, valet parking is available for $20/night, payable at the front desk. Or, you may add Valet Parking as an add-on to your online booking when you make a reservation.
Are there plug-ins or a battery charger for electric cars? Where are they located?
Tesla and other electric car charging are available in our valet lot for $20/night.
Can my truck fit in your parking area, or what are the height restrictions?
The parkade has a height restriction of 6'6". However, there is an open area located in front of the waterpark off 87 Ave.
Does your hotel offer shuttle services to/from the airport?
Unfortunately, our hotel does not provide shuttle services to and from the airport. However, we have a flat rate available through Yellow Cab. Please contact 780-462-3456 for more information.
Are there adjoining rooms available?
We offer multiple room types, including adjoining rooms. Adjoining room requests are fulfilled based on room availability and cannot be guaranteed.
Are cribs available, and is there a fee?
Cribs are available upon request and free of charge, but they are subject to limited inventory.
Are cots available, and is there a fee?
Cots are available upon request for $20/night, but they are subject to limited inventory.
Are microwaves available in the hotel rooms?
Microwaves are available upon request but are subject to limited inventory.
Can I bring my pet along with me?
Yes, we happy to welcome your furry friends and allow for pets on designated floor and in designated Superior rooms or Superior rooms with bunks. The weight limit is 25 lbs with a fee of $50 per pet, per night, with a limit of 2 pets per room.
Are pets allowed in your theme rooms?
Unfortunately, pets are not permitted in our Theme rooms.
What is the amount of the deposit required?
The damage deposit for the hotel is a hold applied to your provided credit card for 24% of the Grand Total of the room. It will be released at the time of check-out*. Alternatively, a deposit of $500 cash or debit is collected at check-in and refunded at the front desk after a physical inspection of the room at the time of check-out. Please note that you must collect this deposit from the front desk in person.
*Processing time for holds on credit cards are subject to the processing time period set by the card's financial institution (usually done within 5-7 business days after check-out).
Can I pay in cash or debit?
Yes, cash and debit card are accepted for payment and damage deposit. These payment types need to be processed at the front desk of the hotel. Please refer to the previous question and answer regarding cash/debit deposits.
Is breakfast included in the room rate?
Breakfast is not included in the base room rate. However, we may offer seasonal promotions that include options for our restaurant, L2 Grill. Be sure to check out our promotions here.
What are the hours of operation for room service?
Room service is available Sunday-Thursday from 7am-midnight and Friday-Saturday from 7am-2am, but the hours are subject to change.
What are the hours of operation for Sunday brunch, and do we need to make reservations?
Sunday brunch is available at the L2 Grill from 10:30am-2:30pm. Reservations are recommended due to limited seating.
Do we need reservations for L1 or L2?
Reservations are highly recommended on high traffic nights, but walk-ins are also welcomed.
How far is the Waterpark/Galaxyland from the hotel?
The World Water Park is only a short 3-5 minute walk from the lobby of the hotel. The closest entrance to Galaxyland is approximately a 7-10 minute walk from the lobby of the hotel.
How much do attraction passes cost?
Prices for attraction passes are subject to change based on the season and available promotions. You may check out prices for attractions here.
Are attraction passes included in the room rate?
Attraction passes are not included in the base room rate. However, promotional rates may include options applicable to the attractions. Click here to view promotions.
Can we get attractions passes before check-in if we arrive early?
Our hotel welcomes early arrivals and suggests pre-registering at the front desk. Guests can purchase attractions passes and enjoy the attractions, while waiting for their rooms to be ready. Moreover, we provide secure storage for guests to store their belongings while exploring the mall.
Can we purchase discounted passes online before check-in?
Unfortunately, pre-purchase of discounted passes is not available and must be purchased during your stay. This perk is applicable only for guests who booked directly through FLH.CA or by calling 1-800-RESERVE.

Does the hotel provide towels for the Waterpark?
Yes, pool towels are either available in our guest rooms or from the Front Desk of the hotel.

Does the e-gift card have an expiry date?
Fantasyland Hotel e-gift cards that have been purchased do not expire.
Where can the e-gift card be used?
The e-gift card may only be for accommodation bookings at this time.
What if my purchase is less than the value of my e-gift card?
Fantasyland Hotel e-gift cards can be redeemed incrementally, any unused balance will remain in your e-gift card for future use.
What if I have not received my e-gift card?
If you haven’t received a receipt of your e-gift card purchase or if your recipient has not received their e-gift card within a reasonable amount of time, please check your spam folder, your emails aren’t blocked by a firewall or you provided a valid email address. If you need further assistance please call 1-800-RESEVE (737-3783).
Can the e-gift card be redeemed for cash?
Fantasyland Hotel e-gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash. Any remaining balance will also not be refunded in cash.
What if my e-gift card is lost?
Fantasyland Hotel is not responsible for lost e-gift cards. If you lose your e-gift card, we are unable to retrieve the balance for you and it cannot be replaced.
Can I purchase a physical gift card?
You may purchase a physical Fantasyland Hotel gift card by calling 1-800-RESERVE (737-3783) or at our Front Desk.
