Debosree Rajak leads the Pastry team at Fantasyland Hotel, drawing on a deep-rooted passion for culinary artistry that began in her childhood. Inspired by her grandmother, an exceptional cook with a vivid imagination, Debosree spent much of her time in the kitchen, developing a love for baking, chocolate-making, and creating desserts. She was captivated by how food tells stories, brings people together, and conveys cultural expression. Growing up in Kolkata, she was immersed in a rich blend of diverse influences, which fueled her desire to pursue a career in cooking.

After graduating from NIPS Institute of Hotel Management & Catering Technology in 2009, Debosree honed her skills at Hyatt before further refining her craft with P&O Cruises in Southampton, England. In 2012, she joined Safeway and later worked with Loblaw and Fantasyland Hotel, where her expertise continued to grow. Debosree earned her Red Seal certification as a Baker in Canada in 2013, a testament to her dedication and skill.

Throughout her career, Debosree has drawn inspiration from her extensive travels across North America, Australia, Europe, and Asia. She seamlessly incorporates the unique flavors and techniques she encounters into her desserts, crafting one-of-a-kind creations that delight the senses and tell a story through every bite.
