Soup: Corn chowder

Salad: Coleslaw, Potato salad, Mixed greens with assorted dressing,

Mains: Sea salt & rosemary potato, Brisket burnt end bites with Saskatoon berry BBQ sauce, Old bay buttered basa filets, caper & dill crema, Pesto rice pilaf, Mini ciabatta buns, Roasted vegetable medley with balsamic vinegar & roasted garlic
