Soup: Cream of cauliflower

Salad: Potato salad, Mixed greens with assorted dressing

Mains: Roasted acorn squash with peppers, onions, feta, balsamic glaze, Fettucine alfredo pasta, Mashed potato, Chicken parmesan, Beef Bourguignon (beef stew), Mediterranean flat bread pizza, Nacho bar (condiments: Tortilla chips, peppers, onions, black olives, jalapeno, mixed cheese, sour cream, salsa, cheese sauce)
