Physical gift cards may be purchased at Fantasyland Hotel's Concierge or by calling 1-800-RESERVE (737-3783).
You can purchase a Fantasyland Hotel e-gift card in amounts ranging from $25.00 to $300.00.
Fantasyland Hotel gift cards do not expire.
The gift card may only be for accommodation bookings, at L1 Lounge and L2 Grill.
Fantasyland Hotel gift cards can be redeemed incrementally, any unused balance will remain in your e-gift card for future use.
If you haven’t received a receipt of your e-gift card purchase or if your recipient has not received their e-gift card within a reasonable amount of time, please check your spam folder, your emails aren’t blocked by a firewall or you provided a valid email address. If you need further assistance please call 1-800-RESEVE (737-3783).
Fantasyland Hotel is not responsible for lost e-gift cards. If you lose your e-gift card, we are unable to retrieve the balance for you and it cannot be replaced.
