• For this ZOOM meeting offering clients must have their own laptop with the zoom account.

Important to Note:

  • *Stage 2 of the Alberta Government’s Relaunch Strategy allows up to 50 people for meetings, but this must include presenter, all participants, 2 of our
    staff, and any other people who will be in the meeting room.
  • Online attendees can see/hear whoever is behind the podium, the quality of the image depends on the laptop’s internal camera and microphone. For a better
    quality, we can connect a HD camera and additional microphones, your/our zoom account, additional costs will apply.
  • **If you are in our larger rooms, please add and additional $50.00 to the ZOOM meeting package above for the 4 channel mixer and computer audio patch, which will help in-house attendees hear online presenters through powered speakers. This applies to room 6, 7, 9, 10 and the Beverly Ballroom.
  • If your participants logging in and want to see the presenter, or any other options, additional costs will apply.
